PlaceOneOs is a comprehensive placement management platform designed specifically for colleges and universities in India. The service includes student data management, company coordination, placement drive management, analytics, and reporting tools.
3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your institutional affiliation is legitimate
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting harmful or malicious code

Colleges are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data uploaded to the platform. This includes student personal information, academic records, and placement data. PlaceOneOs is not responsible for the misuse of data by authorized users within your institution.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PlaceOneOs and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are as follows:
- Annual subscriptions are billed in advance
- Payments are processed offline via invoice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary suspensions with reasonable notice. We aim for 99.9% uptime excluding planned maintenance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Limitation of Liability
PlaceOneOs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlaceOneOs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
